Starting from the simplest food processing projects, I would like to develop this area to provide knowledge of traditional food processing, supported by understanding of technological processes.

We will start from simple fermentation projects, like making our own soft drinks Bread Kvass and Kombucha Kombucha

Also, an idea would be to make ginger beer (τζιτζιμπίρα) local drink of Corfu/Kerkyra. It is a fairly easy process .
